Functionality Spotlight

Accelerates biological digestion of high-load industrial effluent and municipal sewage, rapidly lowering BOD and COD, controlling offensive sewer malodors, and degrading stubborn organic scum layers without plant expansions.

BOD & COD Reduction Efficiency 96% Optimal
Sludge Volume Minimization 70% Reduction
Plant Upset Recovery Speed 24–48 Hours

Proprietary Wastewater Biological Catalyst

AIRBLISS™ STP ACTIV™ contains robust, non-pathogenic spore consortia combined with extracellular enzymes (lipases, proteases, cellulases, amylases) that thrive across variable pH (5.5–9.0) and temperature fluctuations.

Non-Pathogenic Spores Multiple Bio-Enzymes BOD/COD Digestor 100% Eco-Safe
Packaging & Storage: 25 Kg HDPE Drums / Bags · Store at 25±5°C in dry ventilated area · 24 Months Shelf Life
Wastewater Plant Optimization

Biological Capacity Booster for STPs & ETPs

Overloaded sewage treatment plants suffer from high sludge accumulation, foaming scum, and regulatory BOD violations. AIRBLISS™ STP ACTIV™ injects high-density active biology directly into aeration tanks, accelerating digestion kinetics.

Drastic reduction in final BOD/COD to meet strict CPCB & SPCB discharge limits
Up to 70% reduction in sludge handling, hauling, and drying costs
Rapid 24–48 hour recovery from chemical or hydraulic shock loads
Elimination of sulfide and ammonia gas emissions from aeration tanks
Standard Operating Procedure

Application Protocol & Guidelines

01
Shock Dose for Upset Plants

Add 30–50 ppm based on aeration tank volume daily for the first 3–5 days to establish dominant bacterial biomass.

02
Maintenance Dosing

Dose 10–20 ppm daily into the aeration basin or equalization tank inlet during peak inflow hours.

03
Aeration Monitoring

Maintain dissolved oxygen (DO) between 1.5–2.5 mg/L in aerobic basins for optimum metabolic kinetics.
